Bundle Station support

Include your store domain, the offer name and a description of the issue. Never send passwords, access tokens or payment card details.

Getting started

  1. Open Bundle Station in Shopify Admin, accept the merchant data processing agreement and review the subscription.
  2. Create a deal, select products or collections, configure quantity tiers, then save and activate the offer.
  3. In Shopify Admin, go to Online Store → Themes and open the theme editor for the theme you want to use. Preview a duplicate theme first if you are testing.
  4. Use the page selector to open Products and choose the product template assigned to your eligible products.
  5. Inside the product information section, select Add block → Apps → Bundle widget. Place it near the product purchase controls and save the theme. If your theme has no app-block location, use a theme that supports theme app extensions.
  6. Preview an eligible product with available variants. Select a tier and the variants, add the bundle once and verify the native discount in the cart and checkout.

If the widget is missing, check that the offer is active and synchronized, the product is eligible, the scheduled start/end dates allow it to run, and the app block was saved in the product’s assigned template. To remove the widget, remove its app block in the theme editor and save. To stop the offer’s discount, deactivate the deal in Bundle Station and save.

Understanding your reports

Net bundle sales represent attributed item values after item refunds. Cancelled orders contribute no sales. Tax and shipping are excluded. Unpaid orders can be included, so this is not a cash-collected report. Test orders are shown separately.

Views and cart additions are consented browser events, not unique visitor counts. Orders with incomplete financial data are excluded until verified.
